Partner Certification Eligibility Survey
Our Partner Certification Eligibility Survey is designed to assess a company’s commitment to quality, safety, and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) in the making of supplements. It helps us determine whether a company meets our high standards for industry best practices and aligns with our mission to promote healthier, safer products worldwide. The survey is divided into three parts, each focusing on different critical aspects of a company's operations and responsibilities.
The survey is structured into three key sections:
Part 1: Verification of Minimum Quality & Safety Requirements
This section evaluates your company’s adherence to recognized quality and safety standards (anchored onto, e.g., GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO, HAACP, and regional regulations). It ensures that your operations meet the fundamental practices necessary to guarantee product safety, quality, and consistency across manufacturing processes.
Part 2: Verification of Consumer Safety & Risk Management
This part investigates how your company identifies and manages major health risks associated with supplement consumption, such as contamination, labelling inaccuracies, or unsafe ingredients. It aims to assess the measures in place to enhance overall product safety and integrity, building upon the foundation established in Part 1.
Part 3: A Verification of Alignment with UNSDG 3&12
This section explores the extent to which your company’s practices reflect commitments to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). While we do not require detailed feedback here, it provides context on how your company’s values align with broader efforts for health and responsible practices.

Being a Certified Partner means contributing to a better industry, for consumers
The supplement industry continues to face significant challenges with low-quality products, inadequate safety measures, and inconsistent regulatory oversight. These issues erode consumer trust, increase health risks from contaminated or mislabelled products, and weaken industry credibility. A recent report by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) highlights ongoing concerns with safety and quality in supplements, emphasizing the importance of robust manufacturing practices and transparent labelling (EFSA, 2022). Similarly, the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) has raised concerns about gaps in enforcement that allow substandard products to reach consumers, underscoring the need for stronger industry standards (GAO, 2021). Becoming a Certified Partner is a proactive step towards addressing these industry-wide issues and rebuilding consumer confidence through verified high standards. Our work aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) by ensuring access to safe, quality supplements, and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) by encouraging high standards in manufacturing processes.
